5. Subscription and Payment

  1. In order to broadcast products on the search engine, an active subscription is required. Information about the three available subscription types of the “InBaltic.eu” service (‘Basic’, ‘Advanced’, ‘Premium’) is provided below:

    ‘Basic’: 14,50 EUR + VAT/ monthly
    ‘Advanced’: 22,50 EUR + VAT/ monthly
    ‘Premium’: 32,50 EUR + VAT/ monthly

    * A detailed description of each subscription type is also available in the Personal Area, under the ‘Home’ section during the ‘Subscription creation’ process (Subscription Type Selection). Each subscription type offers a different set of functional capabilities, which are specified in the Personal Area. Please review the differences between subscription types before activating them.

  2. After registering and activating a subscription in the Personal Area, the system will regularly deduct the subscription fee. The payment will be deducted once every 30 days and will be renewed, deducting a fixed subscription fee, including the corresponding amount for the selected subscription type. The user has the right to change or cancel the subscription type at any time through Personal Area without any additional burdens. These processes are fully automated for user convenience.
  3. The user's Personal Area includes a feature to change the subscription type by clicking on the ‘edit’ icon in the active subscription block under the ‘Home’ section. When changing the subscription type, the previous active subscription is automatically deactivated. The new subscription is successfully activated with a new start date, and the funds deduction for subscription renewal occurs after the 30-day period expires. The user has the option to have only one type of active subscription at any given time.
  4. The user acknowledges and agrees that they do not have the right to claim a refund for the payment made for the previous active subscription/newly created subscription, even if they change the type of active subscription to another within 30 days after activating the previous subscription. This rule applies regardless of whether the change is an upgrade or downgrade in the subscription type.
  5. When cancelling the current subscription, the products will continue to be displayed in the search engine of the “InBaltic.eu” service until the end of the paid period, which is 30 days. Immediately after the user cancels the subscription in the Personal Area, the subscription status will automatically change to ‘Disabled’. After this period expires, the product broadcasting will be stopped, and the integration status will also change to ‘Disabled’.

6. Updating product data in the “InBaltic.eu” service

  1. After registering a new user and activating the subscription in their Personal Area, the integration of products into the search engine of “InBaltic.eu” usually occurs within 24 business hours. The integration time may vary depending on when the new user registers with the Service; however, typically, this process happens faster than the specified time. We make every effort to ensure quick and efficient integration of all users into our platform. Our goal is to provide you with instant access to up-to-date information about products and prices on our website.
  2. We regularly update product information and prices, ensuring that you always have access to up-to-date data. Typically, all changes, including updates to product information and prices in connected online stores, occur between 03:00 and 04:00 AM GMT+3. This time interval has been chosen to minimize impact on users and to ensure the highest level of stability and availability of the service.

8. Advertising campaigns for products on the “InBaltic.eu” service

  1. Administrators of successfully integrated online stores have the possibility to launch advertising campaigns for individual products on the “InBaltic.eu” platform. After the successful integration of the store into the search engine based on XML export, the list of your currently available products for advertising becomes accessible in the Personal Area under the ‘Advertising’ section. Here, users can launch advertisements for specific products at an increased cost-per-click and present their offers to site visitors in the top positions of our service's search results.
  2. On each search results page, there are two top slots available for advertising products. Subsequently, on each subsequent page, advertising products are placed according to a progressive rate: the higher the cost-per-click (click on the item) for the store, the higher position its product occupies on the search results page of the Service.
For this service, customers pay a separate cost for each click on their product, ensuring its display in the top positions of the search results, regardless of the price and terms of the offer. The cost-per-click can range between 0.05 euros cents to 0.15 euros cents per click (i.e., for each visitor click on the product page in the store).
The cost-per-click determines the priority in displaying the product's advertisements based on keywords. Advertisements with higher bids are prioritized for display.
  3. Advertising usage is paid for using the Advertising Campaign Balance in the Personal Area. After activating the advertising campaign, funds are automatically deducted from the balance, thereby allowing control over the dynamics of fund usage on the Advertising Campaign Balance.
In the ‘Advertising’ section, users have the option to access statistics on visitation for any selected period to analyze the effectiveness of their advertising campaign. The advertising campaign can be paused at any time in the Personal Area within the ‘Advertising’ section. This process is also fully automated for maximum customer convenience.

9. Visits statistics for products

In the Personal Area, full statistics of activity by visitors of the “InBaltic.eu” service are available for the products of the connected online store. The ‘Home’ section provides statistics by days with the total number of clicks on the store on a specific day. Additionally, there is a widget for analyzing click statistics for a specific product from the range of the connected online store. This widget allows filtering data for any specified period of time.

As mentioned in 8. Paragraph of the Terms of Use, the ‘Advertising’ section also provides up-to-date information on launched advertising campaigns for specific products, with all data being transmitted in real-time.

10. Using the service for visitors

  1. Website visitors have the opportunity to use the “InBaltic.eu” service completely free of charge to compare products from various online stores in the Baltic countries. 11. Disputing completed payments

After activating or renewing a subscription to the “InBaltic.eu” service, the user has the right to dispute the completed payment and request a refund within 14 days. Possible reasons for a refund may include the inability to successfully integrate the online store into our platform due to technical issues with XML export or other unforeseen circumstances.

It's important to note that refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the technical and organizational costs involved in the process of integrating the store into our service. Ensuring the stable and reliable operation of the platform requires significant resources, so refunds are only possible in cases where there are substantial grounds and evidence of relevant issues.

Furthermore, it's worth noting that funds deposited into the Advertising Campaign Balance in the “InBaltic.eu” service are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of payment. This condition applies to all cases, regardless of the circumstances.
